A meal plan built from information about you — your goal, body, activity level and food preferences — rather than a fixed plan written for everyone. The calorie target, the meals and the portions all come from your answers.
The questionnaire asks for your age, height, weight, sex, activity level, goal, how many meals you eat a day, how you like to cook and eat, and which foods to leave out. Your calorie and macro targets are calculated first, then your meals are built to meet them using only foods you have not excluded.
£9.99 for a complete 7-day plan, paid once at the end of the questionnaire. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.
